The Role

We're seeking a Site Superintendent who can effectively balance leadership with technical skills. This is perfect for a seasoned carpenter ready to run multiple job sites, guide crews, and keep projects on track. You'll work closely with the owner to maintain top-tier quality and help shape the future of the company. The main focus of this role will be hands-on field work and tool-based supervision, ensuring projects are executed with precision and efficiency


What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations and schedules on residential job sites
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials
  • Maintain quality standards and safety practices
  • Read and interpret plans and scopes of work
  • Solve on-site challenges and keep projects moving
  • Communicate clearly with team members and homeowners

What You Bring

  • Journeyman-level carpentry skills (trim, finish, cabinet install)
  • 5+ years of hands-on construction and team leadership
  • Solid understanding of residential remodeling and multiple trades
  • Reliable vehicle and basic tool set
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work across sites within 45-50 minutes of Arlington Heights, IL

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time role with a salary of $80,000-$120,000, based on experience
